Thomas Young Jr.

Thomas Young, 57, of Tappan, New York passed away on October 30th.  Tom was a graduate of Pearl River High School and Rockland Community College. He is survived by his parents Thomas and Rosemarie, his brother Henry, sister-in law Elizabeth, nephews Mathias, Mark and Alex, many relatives and close friends. As an avid animal lover, he was employed by Pet Smart in Nanuet as a dog trainer.  Tom volunteered at Hi Tor Animal Shelter and Hudson Valley Humane Society.  In addition to volunteering at the animal shelters he loved to read and play golf, always trying to improve his game.

We invite you to celebrate Tom’s life and share stories during the wake on Friday, November 10th from 3 to 7 pm at Wyman Fisher in Pearl River, New York.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Toms name to one of the above animal shelters.
