Teresa McCarthy

Teresa McCarthy, 62, of Spring Lake NJ died on Oct 13, 2023 after a short illness.

She earned her bachelor degree from Bryant College and her MBA from Pace University. She worked at numerous financial institutions including Tishman Construction, Chase Bank, Moody’s Investment, and Alliance Capital. 

As a loyal daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Terry loved watching her nieces and nephews partake in sports, loved to host friends and family in celebration, and most importantly, take care of all of those around her. An avid beach lover, Terry split her time between Spring Lake and Palm Beach, Florida. 

She is survived by her mother Diane McCarthy, her brother John McCarthy and his wife Patricia McCarthy and their daughter Emma, her sister Patricia Voigt and her husband Bill Voigt and their children Caroline, Kaylie, Colleen and Patrick and her sister Eileen Bellew and her husband Kevin Houston and their children Brielle, Jack, Katreana and Kieran.

She is predeceased by her father Austin McCarthy, her sister Kathleen Ryan, and her brother-in-law John Bellew.  

We invite you to celebrate her life and share stories of Terry during the wake on Tuesday, Oct 17th from 4 - 8pm at Wyman Fisher in Pearl River, NY. Her funeral service will be held on Oct 18th at 10am at St. Aedan’s Catholic Church in Pearl River.
