Ruth Jensen

Ruth A. Jensen of Nanuet, NY passed away on February 6, 2022.  She was 93 years old.
Ruth was born February 17, 1928 in North Bergen, NJ to Gerard H. and Anna M. (Reincke) Nagel.
On October 1, 1949 she married Elmer (Pete) Jensen in North Bergen, NJ.
She was a member of the Greenbush Presbyterian Church in Blauvelt, NY serving as a Trustee, Deacon and member of the choir until the church closed in 2016.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Lois (Rick) Raymond of Cornwall-on-the- Hudson, NY; sons, Roy Jensen of Bolton Landing, NY and Bruce (Peggy Doddy) Jensen of North Myrtle Beach, SC.  She has five grandchildren, Christina and Mark Raymond, Tara Quinn, Michael (Tara) Jensen and Bruce (Katelyn) Jensen Jr. and two great granddaughters, Hayley and Madelyn Quinn. Ruth is predeceased by her parents, her husband, her sister, Gladys, brother, Gerard J., daughter-in-law, Denise Jensen. 
The family would like to thank the East Team of Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties Inc. especially the overnight nurse Ann for th help and guidance during the is time. 
Visiting is Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Greenbush Cemetery, Blauvelt, NY.
