Mary Ellen Latessa

Mary Ellen Latessa of Pearl River, former long-time resident of Riverdale, died suddenly on May 26, 2023.  She was 57.

Mary Ellen worked as a secretary for The Sisters of Charity in Yonkers, NY.  

Mary Ellen was born November 22, 1965 in the Bronx to Patsy and Mary Latessa. 

She graduated from Tolentine High School in 1983.

She is survived by her siblings, Patricia Morreale (Paul), Helene Smith (Pete) and Joseph Latessa (Linnae), her niece and nephews, Michel and Anthony Morreale, Peter and Jaimie Smith and Austin and Weston Latessa.

Family members who died earlier include parents Patsy and Mary Latessa.

Calling hours are 4-8pm at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home on Friday, June 9.  The funeral mass will be held at Saint Aedan’s Church on Saturday, June 10 at 10:00am.
