Marion Galvin

  
Marion (Brodie) Galvin, 80 of Nanuet NY and West Palm Beach FL passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2022, at Westchester Medical Center.  She was born in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland.  In May 1965 she married the love of her life Martin Galvin at St. John’s Church in Bronx, NY.  Ironically, they met at Gaelic Park in the Bronx only to find out they grew up 45 minutes away from each other in Ireland.
She is survived by her children Sean (Betty), Dawn (Marianne), Stacey (Mike), and Neil (Danielle) and her cherished grandchildren Sarah, Michael, Emma, Michael, Jameson, Landon, and Gianna.  Additionally, she is survived by her siblings Michael (Eileen), Jim (Julie), Dolores (Tom), and Leo (Joan) along with many nieces and nephews.
Marion was a loving wife, mother, sister, nanny and friend who loved nothing more than spending time with her family, dancing with Martin, reading her books and watching her beloved Yankees.  She loved traveling with Martin and making beautiful memories together.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
