June A Jakubowski

June Jakubowski, 77, passed away on February 13, 2026, with her family by her side.  June, a Bronx native, was employed by New York Telephone Company for over 25 years in New York City.  She loved her pet cats and dogs, she loved crocheting, and especially loved playing cards and board games with her family.  June was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Sr. and Mildred, and sister, Joyce Robinson, and brother-in-law Tom Robinson Sr.  She is survived by her twin brother, Joseph Jr. (Judy), nieces Tracy Albanese (Anthony), Debra Stoll (Dennis), Jill Rutherford (Fred), and Jaclyn Fishkow (Aaron).  She is also survived by nephews Tom Robinson (Lori), Joe Robinson, Craig Robinson (Jess), and Joseph Jakubowski III (Jordan), as well as 16 great-nieces and nephews and cousins and friends.  Visitation will be held on Thursday February 19, 2026 3pm-7pm at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home 100 Franklin Avenue, Pearl River, NY.  A mass will be celebrated on Friday February 20th at 11:00am at St. Margaret's Church at 115 W. Central Ave in Pearl River.  The burial will take place Saturday February 21st at approximately 10:00am at Woodlawn Cemetery at 4199 Webster Avenue in the Bronx.  Attendees can meet at Wyman-Fisher at 8:45 am if they wish to follow the procession.  Please contact the funeral home for any questions.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the United Hospice of Rockland.
