Joann Helmke

Joann Helmke (Peluso), 67, of Pearl River, NY, passed away Saturday March 25, 2023 with her family by her side.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Kevin Helmke, her children Crystal (Tracy) Magaletta , Amanda Lennon, and Travis (Sara) Helmke, her six grandchildren Brady, Maddyn, and Camden Magaletta, Brian Lennon, TJ and Summer Helmke, her sisters Camilla Felice and Rose Marie Jarvis, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Frank and Rose Peluso, her brother Alfonse Peluso, and her sister Julia Bastido. Joann loved to be around her grandchildren, and lived to see them smile. She will forever live on in their hearts. To honor her wishes, no funeral services will be held.
