James Alexander Schroeter, of Pearl River, NY, succumbed to liver failure on 14 September 2021. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on 25 January 1988. James struggled, and was not able to work due to mental health issues due to Autism Spectrum Disorder and Bipolar. He is survived by many but predeceased by his older brother Joseph Charles Schroeter. He was a very kind soul.
