James Brown Jr.

James M. Brown Jr., 91, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY.

A dedicated professional, Jim retired from Keystone-Rees Corporation in Fremont, Indiana, where he made significant contributions throughout his career. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army from 1953 to 1956.

Born on October 28, 1934, in Omaha, Nebraska, Jim was the son of James and Margaret (Mitchell) Brown. He married the love of his life, Martha (Vaughn) Brown, on September 4, 1970.

Jim is survived by his son, Michael, of Nanuet, New York, as well as a daughter-in-law and two cherished grandsons. He will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and sense of humor.
