Irene Sherman

Irene Sherman a devoted wife, mother, cherished grandmother and beloved friend passed away February 19 surrounded by the love of  her children at the age of 81. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength unwavering devotion to these she held dear. Irene’s greatest joy in life was her family. As a mother she offered steady guidance, unconditional love, and a listening ear.  As a grandmother, she delighted in every milestone with her grandchildren. She made each granddaughter feel uniquely  treasured. Her playful spirit created memories that will be cherished forever. We remember Irene for her generous heart and her resilience  to life challenges.

Irene was born March 26 1944 and raised Pearl River NY. She met the love of her life Vincent, and they married on May 20.1963 and raised their family together. She is survived by her children Kim, Mike (Kirsten) and Gary (Debra) Her grandchildren Jamie, Devin and Avery . He sister Marilyn Kinard and her nieces Kathy and Barbara.

As per Irene’s wishes, her arrangements will be private.
