Frank Dobbs

Frank Dobbs, 82, of Tappan, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, June 20th, 2020. Frank was born in Manhattan, NY on March 10th, 1938.  

In “The Bronx”, NY Frank and his wife, Ellen raised their three children, Ellen Marie, Michael, and Christopher. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Frank was an army veteran, New York City firefighter and business owner. He was a friend to all, stranger to none, and cared deeply for everyone he knew.

Frank is survived by his wife, Ellen; his children, Michael and wife, Elizabeth, and Christopher and wife, Christine and grandchildren, Zachary, Bret, Jeremy, Sydney and Ethan. He will be joining his beloved daughter, Ellen Marie in heaven.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM Thursday at St. Benedict R. C. Church, Bronx, NY. Visiting is Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc.

In lieu of flowers friends may send donations to St. Jude Children's  Research Hospital.
