Obituary
Elena Cruz went home to Jesus on Sunday, March 5th, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was 66.
Elena was born in the Dominican Republic. She was raised in the Bronx and lived most of her life in Manhattan.
Elena was loved by many. She always knew how to brighten a day with her smile. She was full of love, kindness and respect for everyone. She loved music, dancing, and cooking. Her home was opened for family and friends in need. Her nature in life was to get along with everyone.
She is survived by her daughters, Fannie and Jennette; grandchildren, Brian, Julie and Helene; her sons in law, Julio J. and Julio; brother Octavio; sister, Iris; nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM, at St. Margaret R.C. Church in Pearl River, NY.
