Edward Eric Peterson

Edward Eric Peterson of Pearl River, NY, veteran of the United States Air Force, served in the Korean War, and a Longshoreman for 57 years passed away December 31, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was 84. 

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lucy; seven children, Lucie Griggs (Rob), Eddie (Jennifer), John, Patrick (Tania), Geraldine Orlik (Charles), Katrina Morrison (Rob), and Paul (Samantha), 20 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Edward is predeceased by his father, Erik, mother, Emma and his sister, Dorothy.

Visiting will be held Sunday January 5, 2020 and Monday January 6, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at St. Anthony Shrine Church.  Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edwards name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
