Denis Collins

Denis M. Collins, 55, of Pearl River, NY and late of Well Street, Ballylongford, Co. Kerry, Ireland passed away from a heart attack on September 24, 2021. Denis Collins was born on July 20, 1966 in Ballylongford, Co Kerry to the late James and Mary Dee Collins. Devoted and loving husband of Nuala G. Collins and beloved father of Denis B. Collins. Dear brother to Marie Leen and her husband Jack, Ann O’ Sullivan and her husband Paul and Bridie Foody and her husband Tom. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Sadly missed by the wider extended family. Denis worked as a carpenter for many years at Safway Atlantic in Carlstadt, New Jersey 07072. There will be a visiting at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home, 100 Franklin Avenue, Pearl River, New York 10965 on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 6-9. A priest will be joining us for prayers after the viewing. A private cremation will follow. Our beloved Denis will be repatriated back to his home town of Ballylongford at a later date where we will be having a private family requiem mass and where he will be laid to rest with his beloved mom and dad in Lislaughtin Abbey.
