David Wallace

David passed away at N Y Presbyterian Hospital after a year long struggle recovering from cancer surgery. He was 57. David was born in Nyack Hospital on November 28th 1964 to Lewis and Ruth Wallace. He grew up in and was a life long resident of Pearl River N.Y. Graduating from P.R.H.S. class of 1983. A machinist by trade, an avid fisherman, hunter, heavy metal fan and KISS fanatic he was also Godfather to his nephew Ryan. He became disabled after a 2011 motorcycle accident in South Carolina from which he never fully recovered. Though unable to ride a motorcycle again he was known to hop in his jeep and head out yonder to visit family and friends on a whim. He will be remembered for his ready laugh, kind heart, extensive movie trivia and joy in culinary delights by his family and his many friends. David is survived by his older brother Lewis, his sister-in -law Lorrell and his two nephews Gavin and Godson Ryan. He is also survived by his Aunts Laura Lanyon, Agnes Glodak and Marjorie (Midge) Wallace and his many cousins.
