Daniel Francis Curbello

 Daniel Francis Curbello of Pearl River, New York, passed away on December 5, 2021. Mr. Curbello worked as a general contractor for his own company ‘Dan The Tile Man’ for more than twenty years in Pearl River. He recently moved with his business to Leland North Carolina to be closer to his family. Mr Curbello was born to Evelyn C Flood in the Bronx NY, and raised by both her and his step father Thomas Flood. He was educated in Pearl River, New York and graduated from Pearl River high school in 1982. Mr Curbello served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Curbello lived in Leland North Carolina for the past 5 years. Before that, he lived in Rockland County New York. Mr Curbello will be remembered for his outgoing charismatic nature, his musical talents both as a solo artist and with his band ‘Acquaintance,’ and his craftsmanship that can be seen in work that he performed all over Rockland County. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Flood of Leland North Carolina, his Step Father Thomas Flood of Leland North Carolina, his daughter Sarah Curbello of Pearl River New York, his son and daughter in law Stephen and Natalie Curbello of Roaring Brook Township, Pennsylvania.  He also leaves behind his sister Rachel Curbello,brothers Nelson Jr. and Javier Curbello,  his niece and nephew Elizabeth and Jayden, and his dog DJ. The funeral will be held at St. Aedan’s Church at 23 Reld Drive in Pearl River, New York on Saturday December 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
