Obituary

Clayton O. Phillips a lifelong resident of Rockland County, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.  He was 85.
Mr. Phillips worked for Ted Schultz Ford in Nanuet, NY and Lederle Labs in Pearl River, NY before retiring in 1991.
Clay was born August 5, 1936 in Nyack, NY to Clay O. and Florence Phillips. 
Clay served his country in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1960.
Locally, he was a member of the Pearl River Gun Club, Monroe-Chester Gun Club and a NRA Instructor.  
He is survived by his children, Kelly Ann Ellsworth and husband, Richard, Judy and husband, Marty Schatz, step-daughter, Deborah and husband, Greg Lask and Susan and husband, Joe Charamut; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.  
Visiting is Saturday from 3 to 6 PM at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. 
In lieu of flowers send memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
