Claire Zannetti

Claire Zannetti of Congers, NY, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025, at Nyack Hospital. She was 83 years old. Claire worked as a legal secretary for Dorfman, Lynch, Knoebel & Conway in Nyack for many years. She was born on March 23, 1942, in the Bronx, NY, to Cristian and Irene Blohme.

On May 15, 1965, Claire married Victor H. Zannetti. She lived in Congers, NY, for the past 55 years. Claire was actively involved in the Clarkstown Seniors Club, where she served as the event coordinator, organizing enjoyable trips for the members. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be remembered for her devotion to her family, especially her grandchildren. Claire and her husband, Vic, enjoyed many summers boating on the Hudson River. In her free time, she loved knitting, crocheting, and cross-stitching, creating beautiful gifts for her loved ones.

Claire is survived by her husband, Victor Zannetti; her son, Craig Zannetti; and her grandchildren, Kira and CJ Zannetti. She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Scott Zannetti, in 2021.

The memorial visitation will be held from 4 PM to 7 PM at Wymann Fisher Funeral Home, located at 100 Franklin Ave, Pearl River, NY.
