Catherine Geisinger

Catherine Geisinger (nee Belardi), 98, of Pearl River, NY, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026
at Fox Trails Memory Care Living.

Catherine was born in Astoria, NY, on May 3,1927, to Mary and Gabriel Belardi. She loved living in Pearl River and enjoyed walking to the town and shopping. She also enjoyed gardening, knitting, and decorating her home.

Catherine is predeceased by her husband, Paul M. Geisinger. She is survived by her children, Paul (Kathe) Geisinger, Gerard (Kathleen) Geisinger, and Lorraine Cilento, grandchildren Kathryn (Anthony) Polombo, Kristen (Wayne) Skala, Tommy, Katie, Mary Kate, and Jenna (Pete) Jankowski, and four great grandchildren. She will be terribly missed by all of her family and friends whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home, Pearl River, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catharine R.C. Church in Blauvelt, NY, at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
