Brendan Castronuovo

Mr. Brendan Castronuovo, a Rockland County, NY native, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, June 27, 2022. He was 46. 

Brendan was the owner and proprietor of Buckwild Towing from 2006-2019. Brendan was a long-time member of the Tallman Fire Department, where driving fire trucks and pumping at fires were a passion he always loved. Brendan loved being the biggest goofball in any situation, he loved to make people laugh, and his laugh was infectious. He enjoyed his lunchtime fishing trips to the lakes, riding his motorcycle, and MOST importantly the time spent with his children. 

Survivors include his wife Ariel Prall, and his three children Kain, Madison, & Carmelo, His Aunt & Uncle Barbara and Garrett Overeem, his Brother David-Shea Gomory Brown, and two cousins.

Brendan was predeceased by his mother Janet Gomory, his Grandmother “Nan” Yolanda Gomory, and Grandfather Stephen Gomory.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm at the Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home, 100 Franklin Avenue, Pearl River, NY 10965. A service of remembrance will take place at 8:30pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
